Travel anywhere and stretch out your journey over Europe’s borderless lands.

What is a Schengen Visa?

A Schengen visa is a short-stay visa issued for one to visit a member state of the Schengen Area up to a maximum of 90 days over a period of 180 days. It is best suited for tourists, businessmen, and people traveling for meeting their relatives and friends. It is highly convenient while traveling from one of the 29 member-state-countries without interior border controls and is a very good choice for traveling in much of Europe.

Schengen States

Schengen Area is a region of non-restrictive travel that covers across most of the Europe member states. You are able to travel from any of the member states without restriction after entering with a valid visa:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland

Important Criteria & Admission Process

Choose Where You're Going

You need to apply in your first destination in the Schengen Area and apply therein if you are going to spend an equal number of days in other nations. You need to apply at the destination country consulate/embassy where you are going to spend the largest number of days.

Gather the Required Documents for Schengen Visa.

Bring an entire folder of papers to prevent delay. Typical requirements are:

Valid passport (for at least 3 months after your planned date of exit).

Completed and signed application for Schengen visa.

Two recent passport-size photographs.

Itinerary schedule daily (flight booking, accommodation reservation).

Proof of means (bank statements, letter of sponsorship).

Travel medical insurance with a minimum coverage of €30,000.

Proof of accommodation.

Proof of close links with your home country (i.e., employment letter, Assets etc ).

Schedule an Appointment & Attend the Interview.

Make an appointment with the consulate, embassy, or an official application center for visas. At the personal appointment, you will submit your documents and provide your biometrics (i.e., fingerprints and a photo) and will be interviewed with a few questions regarding the trip.

Wait for a Decision.

Timing of processing upon application submission might vary. We highly recommend applying much earlier before the actual trip date, if possible, from 3 weeks until as much as 6 months beforehand.
